A doctrine, not a method.
Three commitments we hold without qualification. Everything else — tools, vendors, process — is contingent. The commitments are not.

Correctness before convenience.
We slow down where the industry has taught itself to rush. Speed is a byproduct of having got it right the first time. Where we cannot be both fast and correct, we will be correct. The rest follows.

Transparency under discipline.
We favour architectures the operator can audit without requiring trust in any vendor — including us. Where we cannot be transparent, we say so, and we explain why. Security through obscurity is an accident that has not yet happened.

A long horizon.
We build for institutions whose obligations extend past any product cycle. Fashion is a hazard, not a design input. The systems we deliver are intended to be defensible in a decade — not a quarter — and to remain correct under conditions the specification did not anticipate.
Doctrine
The default stack optimises for speed at scale. Our principals are optimising for being right, in ten years, on the record.
The three commitments above are not style. They are the preconditions under which the work is permitted to exist. Every tool, every vendor, every cadence is subordinate to them — and is replaced the moment it stops serving them.
